South Delhi Neo-Classical Residence
A 1,500 sq ft 2 BHK in South Delhi, finished in a contemporary neo-classical style — warm neutrals, wall mouldings and bespoke furniture for everyday luxury rather than ornament.
The brief
Bring classic architectural detailing — mouldings, panelled walls, fluted surfaces — into a compact 2 BHK without the home tipping into ornate or impractical.
Design approach
Classic proportions and detailing were paired with streamlined, contemporary furniture rather than heavy period pieces. Storage was built into the architecture: wardrobes and units were resolved as part of the wall panelling, not added afterwards.
Lighting
Lighting is layered across ambient, accent and functional sources through the living room and both bedrooms.
Spaces in this project
Living room (with a media wall and integrated pooja niche), kitchen, master bedroom with balcony and hallway, a second bedroom with window seating, TV unit and full-height wardrobes.
What Indéva delivered
