DDA Apartment, Delhi
An 1,800 sq ft DDA apartment in Delhi where full storage, a working kitchen and everyday living had to fit without the home feeling crowded.
The brief
Density without compromise: complete storage, a functional kitchen and comfortable living space inside the existing DDA footprint.
Design approach
Storage was resolved first, then light, then material. Rooms were sized for how the family actually uses them rather than for how they photograph.
The kitchen
The kitchen uses glossy sage cabinetry with warm, backlit display niches and opens onto a curved breakfast bar finished in fluted wood — a compact kitchen that doubles as the home’s informal dining spot.
What Indéva delivered
Space planning, interior design and on-site execution over three months.
