we are an architecture-led interior design studio based in new delhi. we work with farmhouses in chattarpur, apartments in greater kailash, bungalows in golf links, and offices across the ncr — building interiors from structure first, surface last.
a 4,000 sqft farmhouse in chattarpur and a 1,400 sqft apartment in defence colony share a postal code and almost nothing else. circulation is different. light is different. ceiling heights, façade rules, society bye-laws, contractor culture — different. we design accordingly.
most studios serve a city as if it were a single brief. we work delhi at the scale of the micromarket — because the building you are designing for, the contractor you are coordinating, and the client routine you are designing around, all change every five kilometres.

for residential projects in delhi, our work typically starts at ₹4,500 per sqft for full-scope interior design and execution. premium and farmhouse projects with custom joinery, imported materials, and bespoke furniture range from ₹7,000 to ₹12,000+ per sqft. we share full cost transparency before signing.
we do both. design without execution is theatre. our scope includes spatial planning, material strategy, lighting, custom furniture, joinery, vendor management, and on-site supervision until handover. we do not disappear after drawings.
design phase is typically 6 to 10 weeks. execution is 4 to 7 months for an apartment, 8 to 14 months for a farmhouse or villa, depending on scope, custom joinery, and imported lead times.
we take on full-home projects, individual rooms with structural intent (kitchens, primary bedrooms, formal living), and commercial spaces. our minimum project value reflects the depth of involvement we maintain.
yes. we work across the ncr — gurgaon, noida, faridabad — and pan-india for select projects. we have completed projects in udaipur, dehradun, and other cities.
