arpit saini is the founder and ceo of indéva studio. he established the firm to bring architectural rigour to a category that had drifted into pure decoration — to build a studio that respects clients with honest conversations about budget, scope, and timeline, and treats every drawing as an execution document, not marketing material.

for clients outside the ncr, we travel for site visits at agreed milestones and maintain daily coordination with on-ground execution teams. distance is a logistics problem, not a design constraint.
