arpit saini comes from a family where building has been part of everyday life for generations. his grandfather was involved in construction and the family brick manufacturing business, with a legacy dating back to 1939. his father continued that connection through construction.
growing up around sites, materials, contractors, and the realities of execution gave arpit an early understanding of how things are actually built. he learned that an idea has little value if it cannot be executed properly.
this foundation led to indéva studio. arpit founded the studio to bring design and execution closer together, ensuring every decision considers budgets, materials, craftsmanship, timelines, and real site conditions.
his approach combines creativity with practicality. from space planning and furniture to materials and detailing, the focus remains on performance, longevity, and execution.
